About the Fulton Friendship House Installation: 

The Fulton Friendship House is located in upstate New York in the lovely town of Gloversdale. It's goal is to offer a safe and supportive environment for it's rehabilitation patients. In order to maintain a safe kitchen at the facility (while avoiding the high costs of commercial hood system), the facility chose Denlar Hoods to protect the area. The hoods have the benefit of offering commercial grade protection for residential grade appliances. The installations help to avoid any potentially catastrophic accidents in the kitchen.

Pat Carver with Simplex Grinnell #101 was soley responsible for creating this opportunity. There were a number of custom requests from this customer to finalize this installation. We at Denlar constantly promote the expandable capabilities of our D1000 and this installation took it to the limit. In addition to protecting the cook tops, our units became the master control for the food prep area requiring power to the hoods in order for the stoves to be operational. We were even able to network a make up air unit through the D1000s' PLC operating system.
