Denlar Fire Protection LLC is dedicated to providing high quality fire safety products to residential and institutional settings.  With a growing product line of residential range hoods all based on our integrated range hood / wet chemical fire protection technology, our goal is to reduce the risk of cooking related fires in homes and institutions around the world.  Denlar is the only company offering a complete line of fire suppression range hoods for the residential marketplace.

As an outgrowth of Chapco Inc, a product development and manufacturing company, Denlar Fire Protection is responsible for all product development, manufacturing, marketing, sales and support for our products.  These operations are conducted in our Chester, Connecticut facility.

Originally formed as CookSafe LLC in 2008, our company began with a single product that was developed as an outgrowth of “Type 1 “ NFPA 96 compliant fire suppression range hood technology.  This model “CV” was created to fill a void in the market that exists for residential cooking in high risk or institutional settings.  Such risks include elderly and student housing as well as many situations that have exhibited a high number of cooking related fires.

In 2010, Denlar Fire Protection was formed to strengthen our commitment to develop, manufacture and distribute an expanded line of fully integrated fire suppression range hoods targeting the institutional and residential markets.  With new products specifically targeting the residential market as well as our institutional products, Denlar Fire Protection is dedicated to making homes, businesses and public places safer for everyone.

Our products are sold direct from the factory as well as through our network of fire equipment specialists across the country.
